Everytime a subscription renewal (rebill) doesn't go through, it's because 1 of the following 3 reasons: Declined perm Internal error Not-Paid Can we openly discuss what is the cause of these reason? and how we can do to make renewals process smoothly. Thanks much, fanmoney~
Anyone? I'm sure this is a common problem with rebills and it's where most of our money will be made!
and have you checked your aMember logs and Authorize.net logs to cross check the transactions to see what each says is the problem?
