I just found out through member compliant that since roughly January, my ccBill initial payments are coming through fine at $19.95, but none of my rebills at $12.95 are. The complaining member told me he'd tried to login using both Firefox and IE. Anyone had a similar problem and fixed it? I've opened a ticket, but I thought I'd ask for advice here as well. Do you have Cron setup. Amember can only determine rebills if cron is correctly setup. You also have to configure the datalink username/password for ccbill correctly. Then everytime your cron job is run it will make the following datalink request to ccbill: hxxps://datalink.ccbill.com/data/main.cgi Amember will ask for any rebills, refund, expire, or chargeback transanctions so that it can update the amember database correctly with latest information. You should see the queries any any problems logged in the debug log from amember admin console.
