Rebuild NOT Creating .htpasswd File

    When I click rebuild it's not creating a .htpasswd file in the data folder, any idea why?

    I've done the usual chmod, etc.

    Logged on as admin -> Setup/Configuration -> Plugins

    Is the htpassword protection plugin enabled?
