My site is based in the UK Payments are one-off or recurring monthly subscription I want my customers to feel secure with the company they are giving their payment info to I want an easy setup - PayPal is difficult!! Who would users in a similar position recommend please? (PS should this post be in the Payments processing section? I just assumed this was the place for anybody using V4 to post. Please feel free to move thread)
I only have experience with PayPal and 1ShoppingCart (1SC). I actually found 1SC more complicated than PayPal. There was an Amember plugin that I had to purchase for 1SC. Then I had to get my credit card processor on the phone with 1SC to finish configuring the account. There was a bit of a learning curve with PP, but I managed to get it up running faster on 2 sites.
I believe PayPal is the best. And it is not complicated at all. Use "paypal" plugin in aMember. You do not need all that PayPal Pro and Express... http://www.amember.com/docs/Payment/Paypal
Hmm.. Not to sounds like a wise guy, but if paypal is difficult to set up, you will have more problems with others. If you have a problem with this- you should be looking for outside help. David
