Hello. I just wanted the members to recommend me a good biller. I have been using billers that like to steal money (solarbilling for example) and I am fed up with that. I had got a merchant account but after 1 month they have frozen it cause I went over the sales volume limit per month. My sites are made for non-nude models and I am interested in MyVirtualCard cause they are billing for almost all that kind of sites, but now it seems they are getting out of that business. I am interested in IBill too but well... I really don't know the way to go. These are not adult sites and I know they bill for adult sites. Please recommend me a good biller that can support my sites or a place where I can get a new merchant account being in US or outside. Thanks!
MyVirtualCard Hi What makes you say that MyvirtualCard are pulling out of these kind of site. I have an account with them and I have received any word of the getting of this kind of business. Where did you read about this? Natalie
Yes, Alex. And Natalie, sorry, it was wrong information someone sent to me but everything is ok with MVC. I just wanted to know another billing processor.
Is MVC any good? Can anyone tell me whether myvirtualcard is a good processor? I've emailed their sales regarding 2 separate enquires and after 3 days I've yet to receive any replies. No a good sign.
If you contacted them via https://www.myvirtualcard.com/ContactUs.php and they don't respond within 48 hours, it is better to stay away.
MyVirtualCard are OK I have been using them since the beginning of the year. Their support can be a little slow but always within 24 hours with me (about a dozen or more support questions). The good thing about them is they also run funds2go.com and you can get a maestro debit card to withdraw your money from any ATM by using them. They do charge a little for this, but it does work out cheaper (especially for non-US customers like myself). Merchant charges are also quite reasonable, and the Amember plugin works fine. Hope this helps Natalie
myvirtualcard We have been using myvirtualcard and agree that suppoprt can be a bit slow but they do at least provide support. On the payments front, they pay-out like clockwork so full marks for that. By the way, a reseller of myvirtualcard will enable new merchants to get a 1% reduction in charges. see www.mv-card.com for example. You just need to use the reseller code when signing-up, worth a try!
