Recuring charges not taking place

    Alex for some reason it seems that our recurring charges are not being tried again after they are decline once.

    So in other words, it seems that the system will try to charge a customer's card once their free trial period is over, but if the card is declined on the first try, the system does not go back in a few days to try and retry the credit card.

    I have the settings set so that the system is "Supposed" to go in and retry declined cards every 1 day but it does not appear to work.


    Also should I have recurring charges enabled in authorize.net or does that matter?
