I have been reading for several hours (trying to do my homework) on this forum. I am trying to summarize my conclusion and pick a solution. Please remember that I am trying to confirm all of the info that I've been reading. Here's what I am looking for:

I want for the member to be able cancel their own paid recurring subscription by themselves, AND, I want to be able to cancel their paid recurring subscription through the Admin (if they call me).

I believe that I can use Authorize.net AIM (plugin) OR Payflow Pro (plugin) to accomplish the 2 requirements above. Is this a correct summation??

    Off topic:
ALSO, I read that if I were to use Authorize.net with amember for recurring subscriptions, I do NOT require the ARB service (fee) to process the recurring payments; Amember will handle this for me using a Cron job. Is this still accurate as of today?

Is the credit card info stored in mySQL encrypted?

Thanks so much, this forum has provided with a wealth of knowledge in making these important decisions.

    TIA

Basically, if you are using an on site credit card system- where amember does the billing you can cancel on your amember system.

If its a 3rd party billing like paypal standard or worldpay, you have to go to their site to cancel.

Not sure, hopefully another user can answer.
Yes, and you will also need a SSL certificate.
