Recurring payments with PayPal - no CC storage?

    I have probably read the answer to this several times, but I'm just not comfortable enough with the terminology yet and just wanted to make sure.

    I'm hoping to do recurring subscriptions using PayPal without storing any CC info in amember or on my site/server and for only paypal to know of any CC info.

    Can the paypal_r or paypal_pro plugins do this?

    paypal_r plugin works that way.
