As a (temporary) incentive I'd like to offer a free month to members who refer a new member. The way this would work is that when the new member signs up, he mentions the email address of an existing member and both the new and the existing member get a one-month extension to their subscription (up to a certain maximum). frankmeijer, the thread info -- does it work okay now? From my reading, it doesn't sound the one you want. Hope I'm mistaken.
I purchased the referral plugin and tweaked it so that it now works for my purpose. It can give both the referrer and the referral a bonus.
