Whenever I issue a refund in 1shoppingcart, it does not report back to amember and stop the user's membership. I always need to manually do it. Any clue what is wrong?
I am having the issue with paypal as well. the cancellations are find but the refund are not working the way it should. it should stop them from accessing the site.
For 1SC refunds are not supported by integration. 1SC does not send refund notifications to amember so this should be handled manually. For paypal, payment should be disabled. If this does not happen, please contact us in helpdesk.
