On the member page I want to remove the "unsubscribe from all e-mail messages" function. How do we do this? The reason being is that from working with another publisher we'd found that often people would unsubscribe from e-mail messages thinking they were actually unsubscribing from the paid subscription newsletter and cancelling. Then they'd call all upset that we'd somehow cheated them. I want to avoid this confusion altogether. Along the same lines and in the Membership Information area, how do we remove the Cancel Subscription functionality? We want subscribers to call our customer service in order to cancel subscriptions.
first point: you can do it at aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> E-Mails (Do not Show Unsubscribe Block on Member Page) second point: unfortunately it is not possible to do it in admin interface. Caesar, Thanks for the quick response on this. I must have looked at page a thousand times and never figured out that was what it was for. That's one problem solved. As far as the cancellation feature, we're in the midst of changing payment providers so once we're done I'll open support ticket in helpdesk. Have another more immediate issue/question for helpdesk anyhow.
