Renewal Confusion

    At this time I am running a special offer on my site. Subscribe today, or extend (renew) your current subscription, and get a free DVD.

    Many people are taking advantage of this offer but it seems the renewals are not charged.

    There is no receipt number and they "Paid" column says "NO"

    Their information says this:

    DEBUG INFO: payment system actions
    product_id 6
    paysys_id linkpoint
    action renew

    The question is -- Will it charge them automatically in the future?

    Can they cancel that before the current subscription expires?

    I worry that I send the DVD and then they cancel and not pay for the special deal.

    What happens if the price changes for the subscription before the renewal is charged?

    They pay today's price, or future price?

    It is really better to discuss this in the helpdesk. I want to see this with my eyes.
