We have a forum we are integrating this software on and I'm trying to figure out the renewal process. Currently we have item download #1 costing $100 for a membership and $25 for renewal of that membership on a yearly basis. How do I set this up? Do I go to manage products and set up another product called item #1 Renewal and then add the cost? Would like some assistance with this. Thank You!
That didn't work. It shows up as the renewal price when ordering. Is this the only way to accomplish this?
It works, but as you point out, the price displayed on the order screen doesn't seem right. The ways around this are either: 1) Modify the signup page code to remove/adjust the price. 2) Explain the difference in the product description. Cheers Rob
