Renewal Group - Extending subscription

    Hi,

    I am using Amember Pro with the eFront plugin. I have a bit of a problem with regards to extending subscription/renewal group. I realise this may be an issue with the plugin rather than Amember, but was wondering if there is anyway the user can extend the initial subscription rather than use the renewal group system. I'll try to explain.

    A user pays for course access for 1 month, say the product is named "month 1 payment"

    A week before expiry they begin to receive emails asking if they would like to continue onto "month 2 payment". (both products renewal group 1).

    From the Amember perspective this works fine, the subscription is extended for another month.

    The problem comes with the plugin in that it does not extend the access within eFront and all course progress is lost.

    I have left a message on the eFront boards to discuss this point, but was wondering if there is anyway a user can simply extend the initial subscription (add another month to the product named "month 1 payment") rather than use the renewal group system.
