I don't understand the renewal process if there is a reminder email sent to a subscriber. Is there any type of notification sent X nbr of days in advance of expiration? I tried to test our annual product by changing it to 1 day, but I did not receive any emails warning me. I'm going to up it to 8 days next for testing , but wondered before I get too deep if there is a notification process?
There is, if you create the emails for each product. See protect content > email messages - it offers 'autoresponder' and also 'expiration email' options. You get to choose the product(s) to apply it to, and nice granular control of what to send, when.
