Renewal on specific date

I need all memberships to renew on Jan 1st regardless of when they signed up.
Any suggestions on how to get this done?

Yes these would be all existing members (I will upload the list) as well as new ones for the future.
Payment could be paypal or offline

"Could be"- so these are not active subscriptions yet?

aMember helped me on one of my sites to do a renew on a specific date for all new trial signups so it should be doable- think it was a site.php adjustment that did it.

I wound up dropping the system and went back to straight dripped content.
