Renewals and Sales not updating from 1Shoppingcart

When someone puts through an order on 1ShoppingCart my orders are not updating in aMember, nor are my renewals updating.

It was working for a long time but we put the Amember's site on a different server and it hasn't bee working since.

I have done the following:

1. Post back number for 1SC has been put into aMember

2. All product codes are correct.

3. The protected URL is correct

4. The Thank-You URL in 1SC is http://www.ftmprogram.com/amember/thanks.php

5. Under Third Party Integrations in 1SC, aMember is checked.

6. I do get this message in my logs: <b>WARNING:</b> Cannot find applicable e-mail template for [send_signup_mail,en,9,] in line 1199 of file /usr/local/web/www/amember/common.inc.php

However this does seem to be updated correctly.

When I test this, the new order shows up in AMember but the order has not been completed. So it seems 1SC is not communicating with aMember.

Any ideas what this could be and what I might need to change in either 1SC or aMember to make this work?
