Reoccurring Coupons

    I tested with my Monthly subscription and payment page shows the discount, but haven't seen what happends on the rebill date.

    I tested with my Yearly subscription that has a 30-day trial and the payment page doesn't show any discounts. I haven't seen what happends after 30 days when it usually charges. Not sure if the coupon will be applied.

    I was hoping to get confirmation before using this coupon

    By payment page- do you mean payment record?
    I'm not familiar with "MerchantAnyWhere"- is this billed on your server, or do they handle th ebilling for you? If its done for you, then yeah i would also expect to see the discount shown on the payment page... Can you post some screen shots?

    By payment page i meant the last page at customer checkout where they enter credit card info. I attached a shot of that page and the page from the admin site for my Yearly subscription that has a 30-day free trial. My monthly subscription with no trial shows the coupon discount on the customer checkout.

    Is there a way to lookup what amember is going to charge after the trial? I wish i could see upcoming rebill dates....exactly what and when amember is going to charge.

    I guess amember is doing the reoccurring billing. I haven't seen any reoccurring billing stuff on the MerchantAnyWhere site.

    As far as I can see from payment debug log, coupon was not applied so discount will not be applied to next rebilling. What aMember version you have? Please contact us in helpdesk I will troubleshoot this.
