the hosting company I used for amember went bust and I lost the installation and my files ( I should have backed up ) I logged into amember and requested an installation ( as I am not good with scripts etc ) I got an email back telling me to: Hello. Please log in to member's area and click a link: Request Installation Request installation for access-funds.com at left column under: Download aMember Pro 3.0.8PRO Licenses I cant see any links from the site on the right in the members page I can see a list on the right to make a purchase of amember on the left, which I have already purchased. I have offered to purchase again if they can install it. just submitting tickets and getting the same reply. HELP
and what do you know - they did not email me a link to pay for an update never mind - we get there in the end
Seems like I am not the only only one having troubles with customer support here. I requested an installation they promise to do within 24 hours lead time. I sent a ton of follow-up emails and tickets, guess what: no reply! "Funny" enough, I have joined aMember because of a customer support recommendation! I hope you got help in the meantime!
