    Hi All,

I have a product which I want to mail out to the customer daily. Thats all set up and working. They get a 5 day trial for $1 then it goes to the full price of $14.95 per month.

How do I stop someone starting a trial, then cancelling and starting again with the $1 trial or does amember sort that out?

    thanks

    Guy

    Hi David,

thanks for the prompt response. I had seen that thread, but I assume that using that method once my 5 day trial is over then the customer will have to come back and order the non trial product?

I was hoping to get the customers to take the trial and automatically go into the full subscription. I suspect if people dont like a service they will cancel. If they do like a service will they all be bothered to come back and resubscribe, I suspect some may get distracted by other things and wont.

    Thanks

You want a trial payment then followed by a recurring.
Trial Price: $1 or blank for free
    Trial duration: 5 days
    Price: recurring price
Price duration: recurring duration, 1 mos.
    recurring: checked.

If you dont see trial, then your payment system cant handle it- swtich on paypal_r and you'll see it.

    Thanks Again David,

thats what I currently have setup. I was just unsure as to whether they could cancel the subscription once it went past the trial, then resubscribe at $1 again and get the next 5 days for $1.

But I guess from what you are saying amember will prevent that and they would only be able to pay for the full subs.
