I'm finding that when a subscription has expired and a user trials to login, the login simply fails and they're brought back to a blank login screen. It would be much more useful if when their login failed because of expiration, they were redirected to their member.php page where they could see that their susbcription was no longer active and could elect to Add/Renew Subscription. Has anybody dealt with this or come up with a good solution? Andrew
Are you using a CMS like wordpress, or just amember? If its just amember, then they should be brought to the member screen and told they have no active subscriptions. With wordpress, unfortunately, they are brought back to wordpress and shown the non-logged in front page. The current wordpress plugin needs a default role added that should be reverted to when a user expires. Joomla has he default role. David
I'm just using aMember. What would I need to do to get expired subscribers sent to the member.php screen instead of back to the login screen? Andrew
This isn't happening on my site. Not sure why. When they try to login with an expired subscription, the login page refreshes keeping their username but erasing the content in the password field. I've contacted Customer Support for help with this. Andrew
