How do you handle sales tax?

    I can't find any subjects on sales tax here.

    Under Setup/Configuration I have...

    1. Made it mandatory for new registers to enter their address.
    2. Checked the "Calculate Sales Tax" box.

    However, when my customers get to Pay Pal, sales tax has not been added to the order from someone purchasing from my home state.

    I need help with this please. :(
