I have members that are all active with their free membership. They all need to then pay for their "full" membership. I've noticed (when checking worldpay financial reports) that some users payments are set to PENDING. I understand that this is probably due to some problem that happened during payment which stopped it completing. However I need to be able to view all payemtns that are PENDING so that I can try to rectify the problems. What methods are available for me to search and view pending payments?
