I'm trying to get notification of new signups to go to a couple of email address. I have added an address to the 'Send copy of all Admin Notifications' at the bottom of the email control panel page but it does not seem to be working. I have the Send to Admin options checked for all the Notifications and they are going to the primary Admin Email set at the top of the page. Anybody got any ideas as to what I'm missing or why it's not working. Can you put more than one email address in the Admin Email at the top of the page? (Using PHP Mail() as the send method)
1. Are you receiving ANY email from your system? 2. Logged on as admin -> Setup/Configuration -> Mail... does the test email get sent? 3. SPAM/Junk Folder? 4. Do you happen to have an AOL/Yahoo email address is that blackholeing your emailss?
Hi skippybosco Thanks for the checklist 1. Yes I'm getting mail to the Admin Email 2. Test email to the second address is received but not when it is the Send Copy to address 3. Not in the SPAM/Junk folder 4. All the addresses are at real (not AOL/Yahoo/Gmail) domain pop accounts and if I send to the address from elsewhere the message is received. The primary email and send a copy emails are at different domains.
Hi, You can use multiple email addresses in Send copy to field, separated by comma or semicolon. All these email addresses will be added as BCC to every admin message and this can be a problem. Can you contact us in helpdesk I will trouble shoot this.
