Send Email to User Immediately Upon Cancellation

    When a user cancels, is there a way to automatically send them a "thanks for being a member, can you fill out a survey..." type email? What would the steps be? Thanks. Mathea

    Protect Content >> Email Messages.

    There is a conditional expiration message there, and you can customize it or create a new one with the conditions you need.

    What would the conditions be? + 1 expire for a day after?
