    Hey there!
I am wondering if there is a better way to filter out which users I want to email.... for example: I want to send out an email to those users that did not complete payment (on paying products). If I select 'Pending Users', it selects all users that did not complete payment, but that also includes those that selected free products and did not complete. Since I have a few products that are free, I dont want to bother those, however I DO want to send out to people that are actually buying something and for one reason or another did not finalize payment. I know I can select the product type of those that have completed payments, but doesnt seem to allow a filter of pending users.

Are you using any 3rd party email services like aWeber or the script listmail?

With listmail, you could have the user placed on a pending list and then set up email autoresponders. Then when they buy, they are removed from the pending list.

atm, I am just using the aMember Pro email functions. It seems to do well but I wish I could have better filtering abilities.
