Sending emails to users who are subscribed to any product in a product group

Is there a way to send emails to users who are subscribed to any product in a product group? (other than having to select every product in that group using the Advance Search feature)

You can create the search 1x then save it for future use.

I ended up creating a newsletter and added users from different product groups to that newsletter
