I have been sending e-mails back and forth to support on this and it has yet to be resolved. It seems like it should be a fairly simple question, so I am hoping that someone who has set this up can help me out. I have recurring products and I want to send my users an e-mail a few days before their renewal comes due. I have set up a test product that has a seven-day renewal period that I am setting this up on. I have tried everything Alex has suggested and I am still not getting the e-mails. My Cron Jobs are fine - Hostgator and Alex checked those out. I know that the system sends out e-mails fine since I get the notice after it has been renewed. Can someone who has this set up help walk me through it step-by-step? Thank you!
Manage Products / choose your product / Send Automatic Emails If your product is 7 days recurring, set an email to be sent on day 5 if monthly, then 27. David
