Sending out emails for product renewals...

    Hi,

    As far as I can tell, the "Sign-up" email template within the product is only used if this is the first user sign-up. Is this correct?

    If so, how can I make it such that a product ALWAYS sends out an email whether it's renewal or sign-up? Would using an autoresponder series do the trick, or would this result in a duplicate email for those signing up?

    In the product, set an email to be sent on day 0, and set "Send Automatic Emails after Renewal" to reset days.

    I just noticed I can disable the first sign-up email so there are no duplicates.
