    Hi

A couple of days ago my server crashed and has had to be restored from a back up. My host support guys have been great but not sure how much more work they will do as the only problems I have now are with databases.

They say they have restored my Wordpress, aMember and Listmailpro databases, but I get 403 errors on my admin sign-in urls.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

Also, I can't find a record of my database username & passwords for aMember to access the listmail database. What file should I look in to locate this info?

    Thanks in advance

Did they put you onto a new server? the database or file paths may have changed.

    Hi David

As far as I know, no. And as another database run script is working fine i'm pretty confident of that. They are still working on it......

    I'm getting this error now

    MYSQL ERROR:
SELECT command denied to user 'ccpykfyn_am'@'localhost' for table 'lm_lists'
    in query:
    SELECT listnum, title FROM ccpykfyn_mail.lm_lists

I'm assuming this is because aMember does not have access to the listmail database, due to the use not being set up?

Any ideas which aMember file that is recorded in?

Yes it looks like aMember has issues connecting to your mysql db.

Do log a support ticket with the aMember Helpdesk.

    Thanks Lee

I thought as much. I seem to remember having problems with this when I first set up my site.

The details must be in an amember file somewhere but not found it yet.

I've emailed support so hopefully they can sort it for me soon.

config.inc.php is the amember file with your database info in it- sounds like this needs to be updated.
