I am running Cpanel with phpsuexec and cannot find an answer whether this software is server-based or domain based? Not listed in specs at all. (Should be in requirements. )

    Anyone know for sure?

With PhpSuexec running it does not allow certain items to be written to the .htaccess file. It totally ignores certain values - that is what the deal is.

For more info - running easyapache telly you some of the values under it's warnings, etc.
