    Hi There

I did ask this to Alex but maybe someone here on the forum could help in the mean time as it is rather urgent:

I have existing users on my old site which I have added to the database on my new site which uses aMember. I have three membership options, and a membership called Crossover for old users.

The problem is that I do not know what the existing members have bought with regards to 3, 6 or 12 months on my old site, but I do have their expiry dates though. (long story, but not important).

I have set up a product called crossover and will start off everyone's membership from 01 Jan 2008 and then put in their relative expiry dates.

The price is set to 0.00 and the scope is visible to all.

I have manually added the Crossover product to the members details (subscriptions) in a member and when I try to login as one of the users it tells me to: "Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription "

I am prepared to manually set up all the users with the crossover membership with the valid expiry dates, I do not want them to have to go and add the crossover product as everyone's expiry date is different, therefore I cannot set an exact date, or allocate 3, 6 or 12 months to the Crossover Product.

So in a nutshell, how do I create a product called Crossover that I will manually add to each member, with a specific expiry date (which I will have to manually enter/change when I add the crossover product to their subscriptions) so that when they go to the members login page all they have to do is enter their user-name and password to be able to log onto the site without getting the message that they have to re-new or add a membership.

    Thank you

    Kind regards

    Barry
