Setting up FTP access

    I am using Amember Pro V2.1.8 and have a protected folder that I need to allow someone ftp access to. I have set the user up in the control panel for my web host, but when you go to that folder, it only checks the Amember database for access rights. That will not allow him to FTP to this location.

    Does anyway know how to set this up to keep the folder password protected so that some users can have rights to read and download from this location but this one person can upload?

    aMember does nothing with FTP access, you have to manage it manually.

    And, any .htaccess files/protection doesn't make any sense for FTP.
