setup problem

    i setup the 2.3.5 amember i done step 1-3 and then it just jump to step6 then i click on the link admin for login. page loadup and saying

    Fatal error: Unable to read 14316 bytes in /public_html/amember/rconfig-zend.inc.php on line 0
