We've been using aMember Pro for several months now, and have a few items that are either significant bugs or confusion on our end. I would appreciate your help in getting them fixed or giving more explanation about why aMember behaves this way.

    1. We have a product that has a 15 day free trial. Thereafter, it charges 49.50 monthly on their cc. When the user signs up, no cc number verification occurs. They can enter ANY bogus cc they wish. We are using Authorize.net AIM. This is very disconcerting as we don't know if we have good cc's or not. This lets them have access to our website and services without providing a valid credit card. This is not acceptable. How can this be fixed?

    2. When a user cancels, it shows up as a PAYMENT on the aMember admin panel. No mention of the fact that it's a cancellation instead of a payment.

    3. The weekly income report shows zero for all weeks. The monthly and daily work, but not the weekly.

    4. The cron job that renews subscriptions doesn't notify us that an attempt failed on the credit card. For instance, we had 4 subscriptions renew this morning. One worked, 2 didn't because the cards were invalid (see issue #1) and one failed because the cc had expired. Significant research had to be done to determine why these failed. The only one that showed up on the error/debug log was the expired cc.

    Another issue

The filter drop-down on browse users doesn't work. If I choose 'Active', it brings back almost all users. The users are listed as 'Active', but on many they have only one payment, and it is expired. How are we supposed to get a list of active users?

Also,on the admin main page, the number of active/expired is way off. I think it's the same issue as above.

Mike, please send FTP info and aMember CP login info to support@cgi-central.net. Most problems are possible to fix.
