Sign up page doesn't display properly

After installing the upgrade - now the signup page doesn't display properly.

Can you tell me why it's displaying the field names incorrectly?

Sounds like some files didnt get uploaded properly.
Re-upload the upgrade. (make sure you have chosen the correct from version)
Did you run the database update in the admin?

Fatal error message after upgrade installation

I followed your instructions are reloaded the upgrade. I can't remember now if I had 3.1.8 or 3.1.9 - I used 3.1.9 the first time and this time I used 3.1.8. Now when I try to login to the amember/admin panel I get this message


Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_products_options() in /home/mckenna/public_html/amember/plugins.inc.php on line 576

Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Upload the full 3.2.3 files. - not the upgrade, but all the whole thing.

Okay, thanks for your help. This fixed the issue for the site mentioned above. However it has not fixed the issue for another site - the signup page still doesn't display properly, and I've reloaded the entire 3.2.3 files. http://commonsensemarketing.com.au/amember/signup.php?price_group=-150 - plus when I login in to admin there's no request to rund the db php upgrade file

Problem solved. Uploaded files once again and it seems to have fixed it.
