Hi everyone, The system has stopped sending signup emails. I've checked the settings a zillion times in setup>email in the admin, and when I try to send a test email it doesn't work. It's been working for over a year, so I'm not sure what happened. I have a ticket in for help but haven't heard back. Any ideas? Thank you!! Theresa
As I can see from ticket test emails were sent without a problem. Do you have spam filters on your email? Or may be your hosting have limit for number of messages that can be sent daily or hourly? Try to test with different email address and check will you receive messages from system or not.
Hi Alex, Yes, the test email started working yesterday, it wasn't working before, and we did have a signup come through today, thank you, all seems well now, not sure what happened. Thank you! Theresa
