Slowness on signup

    I was having aMember 1.93RC then I just upgraded to amember 2.1.7
    Eveything seem to be fine with the upgrade, however there is one thing that is buggin me. That is the signup page is executed very slow. When I go and fill in the form on the sign up, then press Continue button to take to payment page, it takes FOREVER then it appear a page "Page can not be displaeyed"

    What is wrong here? anyone got any help, pease help

    Michael,
    one possible reason may be: you have enabled htpasswd_shared plugin, but did not configure it. Configure it, or disable it.
