I am stuck on this one. I customized the agreement.html for my site with some T&C text using NeoOffice 3.1.1. Used filezilla binary to post template back up onto my web server. As you progress through the sign-up process and you have to agree to the T&C's I get the following errors.

WARNING: Smarty error: unable to read resource: ""header.html"" in line 1102 of file Smarty.class.php
WARNING: Smarty error: unable to read resource: ""error.inc.html"" in line 1102 of file Smarty.class.php

WARNING: Smarty error: unable to read resource: ""footer.html"" in line 1102 of file Smarty.class.php

when I replace the template with the original template agreement.html without my text the page functions perfectly (meaning taking customers to PayPal). But when I add the text back in I get the errors again.

The sign-up page is http://www.fastattacktrades.com/member/signup.php. It occurs once you hit "continue" after filling in the basic information. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post up your agreement.html template?

Have you tried to amend the agreement.html template using a plain text editor such as notepad as word prosessors can add various hidden formatting etc characters that can easily mess things up?

I attempted to customize the template via textedit (MAC) and still got the same results. I have upload the agreement template, but had to save it as a TXT file so that forum would allow the upload. I had to cut some of the text out so to meet the forum's less than 11k upload.

thanks for your help on this issues

Just follow the instructions within the default agreement.html where to paste your terms and you should be fine.

    Look for

and replace it with your text.

Otherwise, you will get nowhere with that file you've attached... you've edited/replaced/removed too much of the default content (specifically the submit form itself) and you'll just keep running in circles.

And use a text editor or some wysiwyg editor to edit those files.

Miso, cheers for that. Using a real text editor fixed the issue.
