Smarty Upgrade

    Hello everyone:

    My question is about smarty. May I upgrade Smarty to last version without problems for the script. May I delete the smarty dir that comes with amember script and use the smarty from my PHP/includes/smarty directory.

    Old question, but I had the same one.

    Is it possible to upgrade to the latest Smarty version without breaking the site?

    aMember v.3 uses v.2.6.2 and I want to upgrade to v.3.x+
