Hi, Everything was working well for me until I checked the smf plugin in my admin setup/configuration now I'm getting the error "Site error: the file /home/content/74/5248174/html/amember/plugins/protect/htpasswd/htpasswd.inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator." I want to undo this, but meanwhile, I have deleted smf plugin from the folder for now for my members to be able to signin, though they can see the error at the top of the page. How do I remove this error and resume normal...I think amember and smf seem not to work for me. Urgent help is highly appreciated. Thanks PVS
Hmm error was generated by other plugin, not by SMF. Try to disable htpasswd plugin from amember CP -> Setup -> Plugins or remove htpasswd folder from /amember/plugins/protect then go to aMember CP -> Setup -> Plugins and click save.
I did and reloaded everything back, except smf since when I leave the smf folder in there, this is the error I get with no access to the signup pages, admin etc is ; Site error: the file /home/content/74/5248174/html/amember/plugins/protect/smf/smf.inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. but when I remove the smf folder I, then I get this error at the top of my pages. WARNING: Plugin file (/home/content/74/5248174/html/amember/plugins/protect/smf/smf.inc.php) for plugin (protect/smf) does not exists in line 54 of file plugins.inc.php How do I get back to the point before I clicked the smf plugin box? that's where trouble started. Does amember work with SMF?
Error can be generated if you try to use SMF plugin from Trial version in aMember PRO. Plugins in aMember Trial are encoded, but your server does not support IonCube so, you get an error. if you want to install SMF plugin you can purchase it from your member's area then upload plugin files to /amember/plugins/protect/smf/ To fix this error: WARNING: Plugin file (/home/content/74/5248174/html/amember/plugins/protect/smf/smf.inc.php) for plugin (protect/smf) does not exists in line 54 of file plugins.inc.php Go to aMember CP -> Setup -> Plugins and click save.
