SMF plugin messed up members

    After long wait for support and 5 tickets I have to ask someone here for help.

    I just click rebuilDB now all SMF members show their real name instead username and the login does not work. When I login from amember I am not loged in SMF

    all paying customers are not able to login
    I created a group called Club Member in SMF and set the paying product to assign new users to that group

    I just modified 1 test account and add it to paying customers . now I cannot log in SMF . Joomla and amember let me login without problems.

    Also when I go to SMF and look how meny customers are in CLub Member group , I see 0
    email from users are also public now . this is a mess

    can someone help here. I paid 40.00 not to have problems , and support is dead

    this is not funny anymore! 5 tickets and no help 3 days . DO I have to cancel my order to get somones attention? The plugin does not work. Logins do not work

    Are you submitting a ticket through support? I usually get a response within 24 hours.

    I am having the same issue with SMF. If you have a fix for it please share. I usually try to fix these things on my own but so far I've had a lot of issues with this plugin. :(

    There are many versions of this plugin depending on your SMF version.
    So please contact support@cgi-central.net and provide access info we will help to configure correct one.
