We are in a process of deploying Amember to work with our PHPBB3 forum. we have over 2000 members and after we import them to Amember we need to notify them of their newly generated password.

Our ISP has limit of 200 emails per hour (PHPmail as well SMTP). They declined to raise the limit.

How can we send 2000 emails and obey the limit? I don't see any email batch/limit settings in Amember.

Theres a 3rd party plugin which will queue your mail into batches per hour:
    "amember mail queue"

But, you should think about hooking into an off site system which specializes in email like aweber.

    Thanks for your reply.
I've looked into it and found that JLogica offers similar plugin for less than half the price of the plugin you recommended.
Is there any functional difference between them?

In the end I purchase the plugin that you recommended - http://www.amemailqueue.com/

It costs little more but according to the author I can use that plugin on any domain I own. We have 2 amember installations and we add the 3rd it will actually save money. JLogica requires to purchase a license for every domain (and I believe it's encrypted and locked to that domain as well).

    Thanks for the tip.
