I'm 3 days behind on a project. After receiving an adminfix file from IT we finally get to the admin control center. Bad news, now we have to change servers to a new hosting account and start the installation all over again.

Now I can not even get in to the admin control panel because I get an error stating that I uploading in ASCII not in binary. NOT TRUE, i send a photo proving that it is in uploaded in binary mode, it even worked on the old host account when i uploaded the files the exact same way previously.

3 days later I get an email from tech that tells me to not resubmit tickets or they shove me to the bottom of the list (24 hour response *what ever*). The response is as follows:

"Zend optimizer is not enabled. Enable Zend optimizer"

thanks buddy. very helpful. 3 days to get that response and now I have to wait another 3 days to probably get a smart ass response from someone who knows more about this than I do.

Does anyone know how to "enable the zend optimizer". I do not recall having to do this when we got it to work on the first hosting account.

@totell123: are you installing the trial or the pro version of aMember? I can give you a quick hand getting this installed. Drop me a note at [my username here @ hotmail.com]

    thank you

I sent you an email and added you to IM. I would love any help right now as I am a bit worried that I have to prepare for more errors as I get further in the installation process.

    thank you,

    C

yes, responded to your email and added you via IM as well..

per my email, the first thing is to upload the .zip file and unzip locally on the server to avoid any transfer issues or missed/corrupted files. Then you can start troubleshooting any server requirement issues (zend or otherwise)
