Software Bug

    Did a simple install and now I get this eror when trying to access the setup page in the admin section:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class payment:payment_echo in /home/********/public_html/amember/plugins/payment/echo/echo.inc.php on line 33

    As soon as I enabled paypal and echo I got this error.

    I can't buy the product until it works. I would appreciate whoever is responsible for this software to give me a resolution to the problem,

    You might get a faster reponse by emailing support or posting to support at http://www.cgi-central.net/support/

    These boards are more for customers to support each other and generally official support is offered elswhere. That said, as one customer helping another:

    1-What does line 33 in echo.inc.php say?

    2-Did you upload in binary or ascii mode? It should be binary even though your ftp program may default to ascii.

    sorry, did not receive anybodys emails when you replied to my thread.

    i uploaded in binary and cannot view the echo file because it is zend encoded.

    sent email to support, thank you

    i sent an email to support but my spam software deleted the response because your help desk system does not give a senders name at all.

    I think its it worth opening a hotmail account and using that to communicate to cgi- central ... you have to make use of this method of communication, support is very rapid.
