SolarBilling.com are run by amateurs I signed up with SolarBilling.com as one of the first 100, right when they started and got a good low fixed rate. I chose them because of this, and I use other billing companies for phone billing, and check processing. However this company is run by amateurs who seems to have this billing company as a hobby/side business. Their support is sporatic at best! Their join forms provides options, that provides errors when you use some values that they should have deleted as an option. For example they allow you to choose 1 day as a trial, but then it produces an error saying trials have to be two days! And then if you have a trial less than $2.00, you get the same error. I been on them for three weeks and they have still NOT fixed the problem! One email two weeks ago said it would be fixed that same day!?! In the begining I asked questions one rebilling amount, and billing period, and got two different answers! I don't have too much billing right now, as I've been busy building content on my 21 paysites, but before I start major promotion and hopefully get busy I really should move to a different processor, and I am just about to tell them to f... off, and move my credit card billing over to CCBill whom I use for 900 billing. They are currently not worth the hassle, and grief!
SolarBilling - Another Theiving CROOK! I have been doing business with Solar billing for the past 5 months. I requested a check on November 16, 2004. The check didnt arrive. I spoke with Ryan 3 times concerning this check. Today, I called him to tell him that the check STILL has not arrived and he tells me they are OUT OF BUSINESS and there will be NO payments made. Why didnt he tell me this so-called information the other three times I called and WHY didnt I receive a notice saying they lost their merchant status??? Has anybody else had dealings with these crooks?? If so, please contact me at goddessexxotica@aol.com. I am SICK to DEATH of these theives stealing my money. First Probilling, then Nexus, Now Solarbilling - WTF is going on! Exxotica
Unable to contact SolarBilling I am trying to make contact with Accounts at solarbilling as I have a query about my account but have yet to receive a reply. I also have a problem with the site which I reported to them several weeks ago but have yet to receive a reply. I have tried sending mails to ryan@solarbilling.com, general@solarbilling.com, etc but get a "relaying denied" message. Can anyone help? thanks, SD.
similar problems with solarbilling I, too, have been having problems with solarbilling. Their support is laughable. On the 7th of December I requested a check for $140 to be mailed to me. Its now the third of January, and I've received neither a check, nor a reply from any of the numerous emails I've sent. I've emailed Ryan, Bob, and "support" (*cough cough*) asking them what the status of my withdrawl is. Since I requested the withdrawl LONG before they sent out their email on the 23rd of December stating they were having problems with adult processing, I feel they should have had more than enough time to cut me my check. I'm upset and disappointed. While $140 might not seem like a LOT, its not something I can afford to just throw away either. I also have problems with their website as well - such as after logging in, haveing to repeatedly re-log-in to do simple things such as check my balance, or review a transaction. I think solarbilling will quickly be going the way of Ibill, and if they aren't forthcoming with money that they owe webmasters, they'll also find themselves involved in lawsuits.
to anyone at solarbilling It seems that many others are having problems with SolarBilling. My request is for someone at solarbilling to reply to this message and let me know how to close my account. There is no apparent way to remove credit cards from within the site. thanks, SD.
Solarbilling owes me money$$ They're saying some funds were frozen by their bank, but they don't reply to emails. I'm owed over $1800 and they won't reply to me. Still holding a bit of hope they'll come through, but if they're outta business, I doubt it. Brian
