Sorry, it is impossible to use this payment method for this order. Please select another payment method

We have recently added a new product and tested it's integration with 1Shoppingcart. It worked fine. But now when we tested the sign up, we are getting the above mentioned error message after clicking the email verification link. If we remove the email verification, we are still getting the error message.

    Please HELP!

    Regards,

    PV

Did you enter 1SC product id to aMember Product settings? Check at aMember CP -> Edit Products -> Edit...

Yes, I did and tested it. The order was placed in 1SC. In my site it's 30 days free membership and then monthly recurring billing.

But we didn't got any sign ups for past week (we usually get regular sign ups). Now when I checked, i'm getting this error. :((

Are you using coupon code on signup? Taxes?
1shopping cart plugin does not support all of this. Amount to bill calculated in signup must be equal to price set in aMember product settings.

    You mean this?

    Add Tax
add tax value to price in the 'edit product' section?

Yes as the Tax was not getting added in the Invoice and an Amember support told to enable that, hence I enabled it.

How can I then add the VAT in the client Invoice?

    In aMember, disable tax calculation.
In 1SC, enable tax calculation as you wish.

    Hi Alex,

Do you know where I need to disable it?

    Here?

aMember Pro Configuration : Tax Settings

    Here it says:

You currently have tax enabled for only 5 products (you have total 15). To enable tax for remaining products (if necessary), visit aMember CP -> Manage Products -> Edit : "Add Tax".

So if I don't enable "Add Tax" in individual products the should it work?

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks to you.

I've disabled "Add Tax" in the "Edit product" and it's working now.
