The sign up emails are being trapped by spam filters. Does anyone know how I can prevent this?

    Thanks

It is better to ask spam filters authors/admins why emails are trapped.

The only problem I see is that TWO emails get sent within a short period of time. Some agressive spam filters may not like that.
The customer gets one email from you@yourdomain.com titled "*** Your Payment", then another from you@yourdomain.com titled " domain Account Information"

If two email accounts could be setup on your server, and the script was able to be configured for sending emails from these two accounts, maybe it would help.

    Example:

    Email #1
    from sales@yourdomain.com , titled " *** Your Payment"

    Email #2
from support@yourdomain.com, titled "domain Account Information"

AOL is especially hard on this and if the above example could be done, I thnk it would reduce the number of messages that wind up in the AOL users SPAM box.

As far as asking the authors of the filters, I doubt that will produce any helpful results.

I believe spam filter are working not because of 2 emails together. There should be other reasons.

Real spammers are sending thousands of emails from the same server using different fake emails, so this could not be any protection.
