Hi I've read through your forums but I'd still prefer to get an answer from you guys to make sure. We have a WordPress site with lots of free image downloads (high resolution JPEG and Illustrator files). We DO NOT want to protect the preview pages (WordPress posts). We just want to get people to sign up (for free) to download these files so we can build a mailing list. 1 - Is it possible to protect just the download links (all the files in a specific directory with other subdirectories in it)? 2 - When the protected link is clicked on, they would simply be prompted to sign in (or sign up) and then automatically returned to where they were? 3 - There is an API for GetResponse automatic signups. Is there direct support for that or is this something you could add for us? 4 - I understand that there is no daily limit feature right now (for example allowing only 20 file downloads a day). Would you be capable/available to add that for us? 5 - Is there any tracking/reporting available for the protected files? We'd love to have an idea about the most popular downloads Большое спасибо
1) Yes, amember provides various methods by which you can protect entire directories and subdirectories of files. 2) Yes. 3) There is a full plugin infrastructure for integrating 3rd party software such as GetResponse 4) There is an existing "one time" plugin that I would suspect could be modified to provide limiting functionality for a different range of values 5) Not internal to aMember, but your weblogs or any analytic tracker should give you that info.
3) You have an option to purchase a third-party plugin from Ken Gray at: https://www.kencinnus.com/amember/amail-arp.php
