I have noticed that my /amember/signup.php page is not SSL protected anymore (padlock not showing in status bar) now that I have upgraded to aMember v3.0.4 from v3.0.3. Has anyone else had this problem? Can people with a dedicated SSL certificate and using v3.0.4 check their signup.php page displays with a padlock in the status bar for the URL: https://www.yoursite/amember/signup.php For Internet Explorer I don't get any padlock, and for Firefox I get a partial padlock (meaning not 100% secure). I have tested other (non aMember) pages on my site with https and they display the full padlock in all browsers so I am thinking it must be something to do with the new aMember? Best wishes, David
David, how could we help without seeing your actual URL? I can only guess. Did you set aMember Cp->Setup:"Secure Root URL" to https:// ?
Hi Alex, Yes, just checked and 'Root URL' and 'Secure Root URL' are both still set to https after upgrade to v3.0.4, just like they always have been since I originally installed aMember. The aMember signup page still does not display the padlock. It appears for a split second then disappears. I can get the padlock to display on my non-aMember pages, just to be clear. So don't know why signup.php has suddenly stopped showinf the SSL padlock. I did not post my URL as our site isn't live yet and we don't want to publicly advertise it, Im sure you understand. Our site URL is given in a support ticket I submitted about another problem yesterday (support ticket number: HTX-81315-161). Best wishes, David
Update: The signup page is displaying with padlock now. Error was in my style sheet inclusion. This needed to be https not http. Just to let everybody know this was my error and was due to my using a new aMember header.html code at the same time as upgrading to v3.0.4. It wasn't aMember in this case, just to clarify. David
I think I am having the same problem as you are, but I am not sure what you mean by style sheet inclusion. How do change my settings so that the style sheet inclusion is correct?
